Achromatic Lenses

Achromatic doublet lenses have significantly better optical performance than singlet lenses in visible imaging and laser beam manipulation applications. Achromatic Lenses are consist of two elements, usually of a positive low-index crown glass cemented to a negative high-index flint glass that have been corrected for chromatic aberration with respect to two or more selected wavelengths. Tempotec provides achromatic lenses consisting of two elements.
